$339,000

Sweet seasonal cabin in Peaceful Valley with only a short walk to the Middle St Vrain River. A fisherman's dream location since the Middle St Vrain is the only free flowing stream on the northern Front Range. Only 1/2 mile from Camp Dick and Roosevelt National Forest with a myriad of trails for mountain biking, hiking, and cross-country skiing. 10 minutes to Brainard Lake Recreation Area. For four-wheel enthusiasts, there are several challenging four-wheel drive roads in the immediate area. The original cabin was built prior to 1900 and two additions were added at later dates. Includes a high producing well and permitted septic system and the paved county road provides all-season access. Unlike most older cabins, all the rooms are large and spacious. In the same family for decades, the out-of-state owners have finally decided to pass along this gem of a cabin to some lucky person or family. The interior is warm and cozy with new LVP flooring in all the rooms except the front entry. This room awaits an owner's selection of flooring and wall covering as it already has double pain windows, insulation, and electricity. Easily accessed from the Metro area, it's only a 25 minute drive to Lyons and about 40 minutes to Boulder and Longmont.
